This tutorial was made on April 3, 2014, with an earlier PSP version. 
I have used PSPX5 to make my translation;  you can follow this tutorial with any
other versions of PSP, the result might be slightly different.


Materials


Download the zip file containing the materials, decompress and copy the originals;
work with the copies.  For presets, double-click on them and they will install themselves.
For gradients, masks, selections, textures, simply place in your appropriate PSP folders.


Filters

In Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Edge square

Open tubes, duplicate them and close the originals; work on the duplicates only.

On the mask '3yrzd1nr.jpg', Image - Resize the width at 500 pixels

For your foreground, select color 1 #f8b5cb

For your background, select color 2 #ff3a7f

Note: If you are working with your own colors, select 2 contrasting colors in the same color range.

File - New Image - 650 x 500 pixels, transparent

Flood fill with your background color #ff3a7f

Layers - New raster layer and fill with your background color #f8b5cb

Layer - New Mask layer - From an image and select the mask '3yrzd1nr.jpg'

In your layers' palette, you should have this as a result

Layers - Merge - Merge group

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance

Layers - Merge - Merge visible

Effects - Plugins -  Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Edge square - Square edge 01

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Effects - 3D effects - Drop Shadow 0/0/50/10 with color black

Copy the woman tube '8ee4686c.png' and Paste it as a new layer in your image

Resize the tube at 62% uncheck Resize all layers

Image - Mirror (the old Mirror script) and with your Move tool, place it on the left side of the image

Effects - 3D effects - Drop Shadow 0/0/100/20 with color black

Copy the frame 'mod_article46178296_4fa39dca5297d2332'  

Paste it as a new layer in your image

Resize at 62% and place it under the hand of the girl

Effects - 3D effects - Drop Shadow 0/0/50/10 with color black

Close visibility of Raster 1

 

This is now your image:

Selections - Custom selection

and in the dialog box, select these settings:

Readjust the frame accordingly so that the selection fits inside the frame like this:

Layers - New raster layer - Flood fill with the light pink color #f8b5cb

Selections - Select none

Layer - Arrange - Move down

Copy the tube 'tube chat VSP.png' and Paste as a new layer in your image

Resize it at 53% uncheck Resize all layers

Effects - 3D effects - Drop Shadow 0/0/50/20

Copy the tube 'etoile.png' and Paste as a new layer in your image

With your Move tool, place it in the lower right corner of the image as shown in the tutorial image

Effects - 3D effects with the same settings

Open your Text tool, select your font and color

Write your text and when you are satisfied, click on Apply

Layer - Merge - Merge down

Effects - 3D effects - Drop Shadow 2/2/65/4 with color black

Layers - Merge - Merge visible

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Sign your image, save it as a jpg or as an optimized jpeg with File - Export.
That's it! We are finished!
