This tutorial was made in 2014 with an earlier PSP version. 
I have used PSPX5 to make my translation;

you can follow this tutorial with any other versions of PSP, but the result might be slightly different.


Materials


Download the zip file containing the materials, decompress, copy the originals and close them.

Work with the copies. 

For fonts and presets, double-click on them and they will install themselves.

For gradients, masks, selections, textures, etc, simply place in your appropriate PSP folders.

 

Filters used

Graphics Plus - Cross shadow (could also be in Filters Unlimited 2.0)

Jeux de lignes - Entrelacement (could also be in Filters Unlimited 2.0)

In Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Lens effects - Fisheye tiler

User defined filter Emboss 3

 

 

 

Let's go!!

Open the mask vsp1.jpg and minimize it in your workspace

File - New image of 650 x 500 pixels, transparent and Flood fill with color #acb838

Layers - New raster layer; Flood fill with color #e6fc90

Layers - New mask layer - From image and select 'mask vsp1.jpg'

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance

Layers - Merge - Merge visible layers

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Lens effects - Fisheye tiler at default setting 

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance more

Effects - User defined filter - Emboss 3


Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur at 10

Layers - New raster layer

Selections - Load/Save selection from disk and select selection vsp1.PspSelection 

Verify that your Flood fill tool is at Match mode None, Tolerance 0, Opacity 100

Flood fill the selection with a gold linear gradient, Angle at 45, Repetitions at 1

Selections - Select none

Effects - 3D effects - Drop Shadow with these settings:  2/2/55/6 with color black

Layers - New raster layer

Selections - Load/Save selection - From the disk and select 'vsp2.PspSelection' 

Flood fill with this Radial gradient Angle at 45 and Repetitions at 2

Click 4 or 5 times in the selection

Image - Duplicate - Image Flip (the old Flip)

Effects - Edge effects - Enhance more

Selections - Select none

Merge - Merge visible

 

You should have this result now:

Copy the woman tube and paste it in your image as a new layer

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Place the tube on the right side as shown in the tutorial image

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow 4/4/50/20 with the color black

Image - Add symmetric borders of 3 pixels color #6c2930

Image - Add symmetric borders of 5 pixels color #e6fc90

Image - Add symmetric borders of 15 pixels with color white 

With the Magic Wand, select the white border

Flood fill with a linear gradient Angle 45 with 2 repetitions: 

Effects - Plugins - Graphic Plus - Cross shadow with default settings: 

Effects - Plugins - Jeux de ligne - Entrelacement with default settings

Selections - Invert

Effects - 3D effects - Drop Shadow -4/-4/60/10 with color black

then repeat Drop Shadow with its positives 4/4/60/10

Image - Add symmetric borders of 5 pixels with color #e6fc90

Select - Select none

Click on your Text tool, select the font included in the Materials, Size 20, with these settings:

With your background color #6c2930 and the same gradient in your foreground, write Valyspionne

Image - Free rotation Left, Free 15 left uncheck All layers 

With your Move tool, place on the upper left corner of the image, as shown in the tutorial image

Effects - 3D effects - Drop Shadow 4/4/60/20 with color black

Sign your image and save as a jpg or File - Export as a jpeg optimized image.
