Sinclair James International, based in the Philippines, are re-branding as Trinitas Advisory. Sinclair James International recommended and sold the LM Managed Performance Fund, often via an internationally renowned insurance platform without, allegedly, the appropriate Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission license. Other information suggests this operation directed all commission to an offshore account that drip fed their Manila based activity. A remarkably similar profile to the Thai based Global Investments operation the CEO of which is now the subject of an arrest warrant issued by Thai authorities.
