The £100m Axiom Legal Finance Fund collapsed in October 2012. The Caymen Islands based scheme is alleged to have had insiders on the payroll of an insolvent borrower. A determined group of European based Axiom investors are seeking to grow their numbers through a newly introduced web-site in preparation for recovery actions.
