Australia State Trustee Defrauded by LM?

Was the Australian state trustee charged with the task of managing mentally impaired citizens estates defauded by LM? If the state trustee was misled by the same marketing material that LMIVC claim is heavily fraudulent then it's quite possible the state trustee also has a strong case against auditors and other related parties.
