Advisor Returns Commission To Investor

LMIVC learn of the first known case of an advisor returning commission to the investor earnt from LMIM for attracting the investor into the MPF. Korda Mentha, the court appointed trustee, report that MPF liquidation and wind up activities will produce a disgraceful and unacceptable maximum return of 5% of investors original investment.
