The South China Morning Post reports on the assault conviction received by Mark Kirkham, Chief Executive of Platinum Financial Services (PFS). PFS have dealt in the heavily fraudulent LMIM MPF fund and are suspected to be operating without license in Hong Kong and feature on Thailand's SEC Investor alert list for operating without license in Bangkok.
