ASIC Drops Charges Against Two Former LM Directors

Australia's 'Gold Coast Bulletin' reports the withdrawal by ASIC of proceedings against former LM directors Simon Tickner and Lisa Darcy. It appears however proceedings against Peter Charles Drake, Francene Mulder and Van der Hoven continue.
