Introduction How can we make literature come alive in the school library? This website has been created for LIBR130 (School Libraries) for my final presentation, and as a guide for teacher-librarians. The presentation explores many ways that teacher-librarians can present literature to students and expose students to a wide variety of literature and genres and at the same time, keep kids excited about reading! Here, you’ll find a “grab bag” of activities and lessons for the school librarian that help make the literature come alive! Ideas have been gathered from many sources: websites, library databases, school librarians, classmates, print books, and more. Many of my favorite links are provided for easy access throughout the site!
