Challenge: In our church, we teach that you must be baptized by immersion. This means that we believe that you must be submerged completely below the water. In many churches, if you were to join, you do not need to be re-baptized, just as long as you were baptized somewhere. Even if your baptism was not done by immersion. Did you know that? We do not feel this way in our church. If someone wants to join the LDS Church we ask them to be baptized again, even if their baptism was done by immersion. Why? The answer can be summed up in one word, which might be the most important word in our religion. We believe that baptism must be done by immersion AND by the proper a_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _. As soon as you text your answer (just one word) to 928-533-8981 you’re ready for your next clue.
