Mr Frederick William Tugwell passed away at the District Hospital on Tuesday morning at the age of 65 years. He was born at Encounter Bay, and lived in that district until six years ago, when, with his family, he came to the Island, and worked for Mr W. O. Williams at Edwards' Lagoon. He moved into Kingscote about two years ago. His remains were taken to the mainland and interred in the Victor Harbour Cemetery on Wednesday. He leaves a widow, two sons, two daughters and five grandchildren.
