Calibration was a bit frustrating. The PID control calibration of the heating nozzle took a while. It kept overshooting the temperature by too much and failing. Finally found a suggestion to preheat the nozzle to the correct temperature and then start the calibration, worked like a charm. Bed leveling was also a test of patience, but many iterations later and I think it is pretty good. It definitely looks like something that will have to be redone any time the printer is moved, since you are dealing with tenths of a millimeter.
We are now printing the first fan shroud! Hopefully this video works…
