Actinica - Switch box and LED illuminator

Customer requested an LED illumination solution with a mix of infrared wavelengths and two white LEDs

Worked with customer to layout LEDs in a symmetric pattern for their application with each switch turning on between 2 and 4 LEDs evenly illuminating the target.

Utilized schematic from principal engineer to create PCBs in ExpressPCB and order boards.

Design switch box in Solidworks 2007.

Utilizing patterns form Solidworks modified switch box in company machine shop, assembled PCBs and cables along with custom bracket for LED PCB.
