Layered Bean Dip

Great for a bunch of teen-agers!

Ingredients

2 -16 oz. cans fat free refried beans

1-2 oz. can sliced olives

1 ½ c. mild salsa

2 c. shredded cheddar

2 c. shredded Monterey Jack

¼ c. sliced green onions

6 T sour cream

¼ c. diced tomatoes

Preparation

Spread ½ beans in bottom of 9x9 glass baking dish. Layer w/ ½ olives & cheese. Repeat layers. Bake @ 325º for 30-35 min. Garnish w/ onions, sour cream and diced tomatoes.

Serve with tortilla chips
