Ham Loaf

Ingredients

Loaf:

1 ¼ lbs. precooked ham

½ c. dry bread crumbs

3/4 c. milk

2 eggs, beaten

1 T. hot sauce

Glaze / Sauce:

6 T. brown sugar

2 T. vinegar

6 T. water

¼ tsp. dry mustard

Preparation

Grind ham in food processor. Combine with all remaining ingredients and shape into loaf. Cover with sauce.

Sauce: Combine all ingredients for sauce and bring to boil in microwave. Pour sauce over loaf or use as a baste. Bake in greased loaf pan. Brown last minute on high broil.

Great with Pineapple Cheese bread or pineapple casserole.

350º 40-50 min.

Yield 8-10 servings.
