Ciabatta Goat Cheese Toast

This was one of the first recipes that I came up with after I started cooking more. Simple yet good!

Ingredients, per person:

    • 3 thick slices of Ciabatta bread

    • 2 oz of goat cheese

    • 1 sprig of fresh dill


    1. Preheat oven to 400°F

    2. Put goat cheese in chunks on the Ciabatta slices

    3. Add fresh dill on top

    4. Put in oven, directly on rack, for 10 minutes or so

    5. Let cool for 1 minute or so
