Ciabatta Goat Cheese Toast
This was one of the first recipes that I came up with after I started cooking more. Simple yet good!
Ingredients, per person:
3 thick slices of Ciabatta bread
2 oz of goat cheese
1 sprig of fresh dill
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400°F
Put goat cheese in chunks on the Ciabatta slices
Add fresh dill on top
Put in oven, directly on rack, for 10 minutes or so
Let cool for 1 minute or so
