Broiled Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 salmon filet (not too thick)

  • A few sprigs of fresh dill

  • Juice of 1/2 orange

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    • Coarse sea salt

    • Fresh-ground black pepper

Directions:

    1. Preheat broiler

    2. Use 1 tbsp of olive oil to oil a broiling pan

  1. Coat both sides of salmon with orange & lemon juice

    1. Add salt & pepper to taste

    2. Coat salmon with remaining olive oil

    3. Put dill under salmon

    4. Let sit for 15 minutes

    5. Broil without turning salmon for 10-12 minutes
