Clifford Leon Surrett

Funeral services for Patricia Surrett, 75, will be Saturday at noon at The Church of God with Bishop Maxwell Rolling, Sister Betty Bishop, and the Rev. William E. Trapp officiating. Burial will be in Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends this evening from 5 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Surrett died Wednesday at her home. Survivors include her husband, Clifford Leon Surrett; her daughter Rita Jan Heath and her husband, Ricky Joe, of Jacksonville; her son, Clifford Steve Surrett and his wife, Pat, of Oxford; grandchildren, Leslie M. Surrett, of Atlanta, Ricky Joseph Heath and his wife, Kay, of Wellington, Ronnie Joel Heath, of Jacksonville, Shane Ashworth and his wife, Penny, of Riverside, and Frankie Everhart and his wife, Helen, of Cumming, Ga.; great-grandchildren, Regan Hunter Heath and Kollyn Avery Heath, of Wellington, Aiden Ashworth, of Hoover, Noah Harris and Jessica Harris, of Riverside; four sisters, Edith Clayton, of Oxford, Shirley Traywick and her husband, Leon, of Anniston, Joyce Robinson and her husband, Dave, of Johnsburg, Ill., Margie Batey and her husband, Felix, of Lineville and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford Andrew and Lura Traywick; two brothers, Robert Prince and Darive Prince and one sister, Helen Traywick. Pallbearers will be Steve Surrett, Ricky Joe Heath, Ricky Joseph Heath, Ronnie Joel Heath, Shane Ashworth, Frankie Everhart and Leslie Surrett. Patricia Traywick was in my sixth grade class. She was pretty and intelligent and she was an all around good person. Later on she became my sister in law.
