As visitors' parking is limited, the management has organised temporary additional parking for visitors attending parties this festive season. The additional parking spaces will be behind the refuse room near the tower block (6 to 7 vehicles), car wash area (3 vehicles) and at the main lobby area (5 vehicles).
Overnight parking is not allowed particularly near the refuse room, to ensure Alam Flora's access to the chamber is not blocked.
To use this temporary visitors' parking, please inform the Management Office and provide a list of vehicles expected at least one working day in advance, with licence plate numbers if possible. Allocations will be made on a first-come-first-served basis. Other vehicles will have to be parked in any open parking available.
Special visitor’s passes will be issued by the security guards upon entry and the visitors will be directed to the allocated parking spaces.
You are also reminded that any vehicles found infringing the Security and Parking Policy will be clamped.
