ORDINARY RESOLUTION 1
PROPOSAL TO APPOINT MESSRS PPC INTERNATIONAL PENANG SDN BHD AS PROPERTY MANAGER
"That the Executive Council of the MC is hereby authorised to appoint PPC International Penang Sdn Bhd as property manager under a contract renewable annually for a period of not more than five (5) years, for a total monthly cost during the period Jan 1, 2011 to Dec 31, 2011 of Ringgit Malaysia eighteen thousand four hundred and fifty (RM18,450) comprising a monthly fee and the monthly wages and emoluments of an on-site team, subject to the annual review of the property manager's performance at each Annual General Meeting."

Notes:
A quorum at a general meeting is one-half of all persons entitled to vote either in person or by proxy. If no quorum is present within half-an-hour of the appointed time, the meeting shall stand adjourned to the same day in the next week at the same time and place. If no quorum is present within half-an-hour of the appointed time, those entitled to vote who are present shall constitute a quorum.
To be eligible to vote, whether in person or by proxy, a proprietor must be free of default on his contributions and any sums or charges due to the MC three working days before the general meeting.
The chairman of the meeting shall have a casting vote in the event of a tie, whether by show of hands or by poll.
The ability to vote shall be indicated by the issue of voting cards for proprietors, co-proprietors, proxies and appropriate tags for other non-participating attendees.
A proprietor in default is entitled to attend but is not entitled to vote and is not allowed to participate or speak unless permitted by the chair of the meeting.
A proprietor's occupiers and tenants may attend general meetings but are limited to two per parcel, are not entitled to vote, are not allowed to participate or speak unless permitted by the chair of the meeting, and must leave the meeting if requested by a majority of those entitled to vote at the meeting
