The BHCMC has received complaints of parking violations by guests and residents since the new vehicle stickers were issued in March.
We will be conducting several night-time surveys over the next two weeks to verify these complaints.
Please be reminded that:
* All parked cars MUST display either a valid sticker or a visitor's pass
* No parking is allowed in any yellow box
* Automatic entry is only for cars with valid stickers
* Vehicles can be denied entry under By-law 16.6 and Clause 3 of the Registration & Car Park Policy.
The BHCMC's clamping policy came into effect on June 1, 2009. However, the earlier grace period has been extended to August 1, 2009, to ensure all residents are aware of the consequences of parking violations.
The BHCMC will be issuing reminders and warning letters to residents and vehicle owners based on the results of the surveys.
The BHCMC By-laws and the Registration & Car Park Policy are posted on the BHCMC website, and copies are available for reference at the Management Office.
