We are pleased to announce that the developer Integral Property Sdn Bhd has agreed to cooperate with the BHCMC on the collection of arrears.
The developer has acknowledged that the BHCMC is the only party empowered to collect payment from owners.
Following this, owners are advised to settle their pre-2009 arrears on or before the date due of September 1, 2009.
Owners who believe they have legitimate disputes over any amount payable must bring it to the notice of the BHCMC, in writing, via email or at the clinics below:
1. Clinic #2 : Saturday, July 4, 2009, 10am-12pm
2. Clinic #3 : Saturday, July 18, 2009, 10am-12pm

The developer also has promised to look into the slow pace of title transfers by its panel lawyer Swan & Partners. If you are using this firm, please inform the Management Office, for the BHCMC to follow up.
