The BHCMC has issued invoices for arrears outstanding as at December 31, 2008, after receiving all closing balances from the developer Integral Property Sdn Bhd.
These arrears will fall due on September 1, 2009, and become payable by September 14, 2009. The arrears will be reflected in the next statement of accounts.
