There will be an additional arrears clinic held as below, due to the good response to the three held earlier in June and July, and in response to owners' suggestions.

Please be reminded the pre-2009 arrears fall due on September 1, 2009, and are payable by September 14, 2009.
All monies are payable to the BHCMC, which will not recognise any amounts paid to the developer Integral Property Sdn Bhd or any third party.
Please bring all relevant documents, including receipts.
