●2019年11月30日-12月1日 M2の小山田さんと卒業生の飛内さんががんばった研究成果を日本食生活学会で口頭発表しました。

●2019年10月 千葉大学 園芸学部 花卉園芸学研究室との共同研究の学術論文「A blackish-flowered cultivar of Catharanthus roseus accumulates high concentrations of a novel anthocyanin with a unique feature of aggregation in weak acid solutions」がDyes and Pigments (IF. 4.018)に受理されました。https://doi.org/10.1016/j.dyepig.2019.108001
