個人目前研究成果的貢獻,對於個人或社會發展而言,面對快速變動與邁向超高齡化的現代社會中,如何有效地因應情緒,以促進快樂、健康及積極有意義的人生,心理學取向提供了一個解答的方向。正向心理學強調人們在面對不利環境時所採取之正向心理資源與適應的態度,其概念包含了幸福感、心理韌性、創造力、品味、感恩及恆毅力等。因此,正向心理對於人們各方面的生活都有影響與助益。研究成果可提供後續在各實務現場的應用,或是相關單位方案規劃上,以「證據本位」(evidence-based)為導向的方案設計。
The contribution of my current research findings, whether for personal or social development, in the face of a rapidly changing and super-aging modern society, provides a direction for effective coping with emotions to promote a happy, healthy, and positively meaningful life. Positive psychology emphasizes the positive psychological resources and adaptive attitudes that people adopt when facing adverse environments. Its concepts include happiness, psychological resilience, creativity, savoring, gratitude, and grit. Therefore, positive psychology has an impact and benefit on all aspects of people's lives. The research results can provide subsequent applications in various practical settings or guide evidence-based program design for relevant organizations. The findings can be used to inform the development of interventions and initiatives that promote well-being and resilience.
