Back home, it’s time to restart the HARAPEKO method! To be honest, restarting after a trip is quite tough—about as tough as when you started off in the very beginning! But if you are strict with yourself and keep observing the main rule, the surplus weight that you gained during your party or trip will be shed soon. Really! The good thing about the HARAPEKO method is the fact that you can always make a new beginning. If you note that you have gained weight, just start again.
