The Ag Sales Contest challenges students to demonstrate their knowledge and skills through a general knowledge exam and a live sales presentation, following the 2025 Wisconsin Ag Sales resources and rubric. Teams of four (one team per school, limited to the first 15 schools) will compete, with individual and team awards determined by exam scores and sales presentations. Each contestant will present an approved product to a judge acting as a customer, asking questions and highlighting product features and benefits—no team activity or customer service component is included. The event will be held at FVTC’s Main Campus (B104), requires FFA Official Dress, and follows the WI State FFA CDE Handbook guidelines.
This contest is capped at the first 15 schools to register. One team per school.

Wisconsin Ag Sales Rubric for Scoring Live Sales Presentation
All members of the team may sell the same product or they can choose to sell different products, but only selected products from the resource section can be sold.
Each contestant must present/sell the product of their choice to the customer (judge). Again, select one product group from the selection list. Your customer/judge will then select one of the profiles listed, the customer will NOT tell you which profile they select.
Your customer/judge will play that role as the customer. You, the contestant, will ask questions to the customer/judge regarding their business, purchasing decisions, etc., and inform them of the product features and benefits.
We will NOT have a live customer service presentation CDE component.
The event will follow the format of the WI State FFA CDE Handbook: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MCo9UiEyGG9j37Xbc7_NQms5F0RJjXA8O27o46ngYZ8/edit?tab=t.0
