Poster instructions

The poster presentations will be on "the blue wall" close to the presentation venue (room 102 in Háskólatorg, aka HT102):

We have plenty of space so we will allow a maximum of 150 by 150 cm. area (roughly 60 by 60 inches) per poster. (For comparison, A0 paper size is 84 by 119 cm., or 33.1 by 46.8 inches). We will provide all that is needed to mount your poster so you will only need to bring your poster to the conference venue.

We kindly ask you to do this early in the day, preferably before the first presentation (between 8:30 and 9:00 on both days) or during the first coffee break (9:50-10:20 on Wednesday, and 10:20-10:50 on Thursday). Someone will be there at these times to assist you, as well as during the formal poster presentations and sessions (15:30-17:00 on both days).

If you have slides for your poster presentation (before the poster session), please send them to kria@shh.is no later than June 19th. This will give us a chance to upload them to the computer in the conference room in good time. Please keep in mind that the time for the poster presentations is very limited (20 minutes each session). This only allows for about 3 minutes per presentation.
