THIS IS LIKE A BROCCOLI SALAD --VERY TASTY

Ingredients:

1 CUP DICED RED APPLES

1 CUP DICED GREEN APPLES

1 CUP BROCCOLI

1 CUP CHOPPED CELERY

1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS

1/4 CUP SLIVERED ALMONDS

1/2 CUP RAISINS

1/4 CUP CUPS SUGAR

1 TBS WHITE VINEGAR

1 CUP OF MAYO

Directions:

IN SMALL MIXING BOWL , MIX SUGAR, RAISINS ,AND MAYO --

PLACE REMAINING INGREDIENTS INTO LARGE BOWL AND ADD DRESSING MIXTURE --MIX WELL AND CHILL

Description:

A LOW FAT CAKE THAT WE CAN ENJOY AND YUMMY

Ingredients:

1 CUP WATER

1/2 CUP PRUNE PUREE

3 LARGE EGG WHITES

1 1/2 tsp VANILLA

1 CUP + 2 tbsp FLOUR

1 CUP + 2 tbsp SUGAR

3/4 CUP UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER

1 1/2 tsp BAKING POWDER

1/4 tsp BAKING SODA

1/4 tsp SALT

ICING

2 1/2 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR

1/4 CUP UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER

1/4 CUP LOW FAT MILK

Directions:

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

COAT A 9'" SQUARE BAKING PAN WITH VEGGIE COOKING SPRAY

SET ASIDE

COMBINE WATER , PRUNE PUREE , EGG WHITES , AND VANILLA BEAT TO BLEND THOROUGHLY .

ADD REMAINING CAKE INGREDIENTS AND MIX COMPLETELY

SPREAD BATTER IN PREPARED PAN AND BAKE

BAKE ABOUT 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL PICK INSERTED IN CENTER IS CLEAN

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS , BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH , SPREAD ON COMPLETELY COOLED CAKE

4 CUPS GRATED CARRROTS ( SPOONED NOT PACKED INTO CUP )

2 CUPS SUGAR

1 CUP PRUNE PUREE

4 LARGE EGG WHITES

2 tsp VANILLA

2 CUPS FLOUR

2 tsp BAKING POWDER

2 tsp CINNAMON

1/2 TSP SALT

3/4 CUP SHREDDED OR FLAKED COCCONUT

Directions:

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES

COAT A 9 X 13 BAKING PAN WITH VEGGIE COOKING SPRAY

SET ASIDE

IN LARGE BOWL COMBINE CARROTS , SUGAR, PINEAPPLE , PRUNE PUREE , EGG WHITES , AND VANILLA STIR TO BLEND THOROUGHLY

ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT COCCONUT MIX COMPLETELY .

GENTLY STIR IN COCCONUT .

SPREAD BATTER IN PREPARED PAN BAKE ABOUT 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL PICK INSERTED INTO CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN --

Description:

Love to make thi dish this was a Sunday dinner with Fried Chicken when I was small and now it is for anytime

Ingredients:

Potatoes--You will have to decide how much Potatoe sald you wish to make for the amount of Potatoes

Salt to taste

Mayo

Sweet pickles--the already cut up ones in the jar

1 small onion--Optional --I love onions in mine

If you are making a small amount of Potatoe salad you can use a lot less onion

permento

Optional --celery or celery seeds

3 Boiled eggs

Directions:

Peel your potatoes and cut them into cubes ,add salt to water and cook them until they are tender.

Now drain the potatoes well.

Place them in fridge until they are a little cool

Now Put cut up Pickles , onions cut up fine , Permento cut in small pieces , Boiled eggs also cut up ,

You now can add celery if you wish- I never put the celery in mine but Mom used the seeds sometime so the choice is yours

Now mix all together and add the Mayo and mix the Mayo through your salad

Ingredients:

Crab Casserole

1 LB of Crab Meat

3 raw eggs

3 or 4 crumbled up Biscuits

1/2 cup of Mayo

1 tbs Mustard

2 bell Peppers cut up small

One Blade of Celery

1 large Onion

Directions:

Saute > Bell Pepper , Onion and Celery together in Butter or Margarine until tender

Crumble up the biscuits in small pieces

Salt and Pepper to taste

after the Peppers , onions and celery are tender Mix all ingredents together and put in Greased pan and cook until the casserole is brown at 350 degree oven
