I have always been the type of person to carefully review every option before making a decision. I will spend the majority of the time problem solving / brainstorming before I begin to try and complete the task at hand. I have taken several VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic) tests over the years and the result is always the same. My learning process is divided evenly among each of these three learning styles. I am constantly striving to find the most efficient or best way of completing a task. This way of analyzing and completing tasks has made me an excellent problem solver, however, no way of doing something is perfect. In interviews one is often asked about what they believe their greatest weakness to be. My answer is always the same. At times, I can struggle to get started on a task due to the stress that comes with analyzing the best way to do something before beginning. I try my best to combat this by making myself get started then going back and making corrections later. My personal philosophy for work or completing a task is certainly not perfect, but it has made me an efficient worker and an excellent problem solver.
