Research and Re-visioning

My takeaway from this assignment had a larger personal impact than I had anticipated. I have worked form commercial and multifamily developers for the entirety of my professional life. The majority of assignments in this major had their focus rooted in non-industrial development. This is the first assignment where I was asked to review the potential for development in the industrial sector. The research I conducted for this assignment made me question what it is that I would ultimately like to do for my career. It opened my eyes to the idea that there are other options besides just working as a commercial or multifamily developer. This assignment showed me that there is potential for success in many different areas and that I should widen my horizons when looking to the future.
