Sueba USA Corporation Houston, Texas Summer 2019

· Worked with the VP of Finance to evaluate projects for financial feasibility

· Worked with the VP of real Estate to analyze projects and acquire tenants

· Worked with the VP of construction to put together a cost analysis for a multifamily project under construction

· Created informational reports for prospective projects sent to potential investors

Dynaten Corporation Dallas / Fort Worth, TX January 2016 – July 2018

· Served as a MEP project engineer (assistant project manager)

· Completed a six-story tower expansion for Medical City Dallas Hospital

· Completed a six-story addition to the Heart Hospital Baylor Plano

· Helped establish the project budget

· Worked with the design team to help coordinate BIM

· Put together pricing for material orders

· Executed commissioning and project close out

Trademark Construction Houston, Texas

· Worked on five projects under a project manager Fall 2014

· Helped put together a bid package for a downtown project

· Wrote proposed changed orders and requests for information

· Called subcontractors for pricing of materials and labor

· Worked in the field under the head superintendent
