My name is William Eric Neely and I am from Richmond, Texas. I have been involved in the construction / development industry for the majority of my life. My father owned and operated a civil construction company in Houston for 35 years. Growing up I always knew that I would end up pursing a career in this same field. I completed my undergraduate degree in Construction Science in 2015. I then worked as an assistant project manager for Dynaten, a MEP contractor in Dallas, Texas, until the summer of 2018. It was then that I decided to further my education by obtaining my masters degree in Land and Property Development from Texas A&M University.
I have a passion for construction and development but I also have an array of interests outside of work. I have always enjoyed working on old cars and have had the opportunity to restore a few myself. I have always derived great satisfaction from working hard and creating something of value. There is no better feeling than a job well done. I feel that our hobbies are a great indication of who we are as people and have taken a great deal of pride in what I do.
