Software

Throughout my courses at Texas A&M and my years in the construction industry I have become quite competent in a variety of software applications. The following is a list of all programs and applications that I understand and have used extensively:

• Microsoft Excel
  • I have used this application to put together proformas, construction bid estimates, budgeting spreadsheets, and many other financial documents.
• TimberScan
  • I used this program to manage and pay invoices. I have also utilized it to track the costs associated with various construction materials.
• AutoCAD
  • I have taken two courses on the use and application of AutoCAD, but have not been asked to use it in a professional setting.
• Bluebeam revu
  • This is the software I have used to put together and edit change orders, RFI's, and pay application documents.

Each of these applications has furthered my overall understanding of software tools and their application in the workplace. The lessons learned from the operation of software often overlap and have made it easier and easier for me to pick up and learn new programs quickly.
