FAO helps member countries prepare and respond to the threat of radioactive contamination of food and the environment.
It shares UN responsibilities in planning response to actual, potential or perceived nuclear or radiological threats.
INES is a tool for promptly communicating to the public in consistent terms the safety significance of reported nuclear and radiological incidents and accidents, excluding naturally occurring phenomena such as Radon. The scale can be applied to any event associated with nuclear facilities, as well as the transport, storage and use of radioactive material and radiation sources.
New search engine in Alpha
I was introduced to an interesting new search engine, suggested by my friends from Zanran data search. This one is unaffiliated with the Zanran search engine, but is also U.K. based, and is named Sehrch.com.

Use cases of Impure information interface
Discovery Exhibition.org Entries Ortiz2010
"Impure is a visual programming system that enables users to gather, manipulate and visualize many types of data. Using a node link approach where nodes are data operators or visualizations and links represent data flow, users can construct simple and complex mashups to analyze and understand data from many different sources. The main advantage of Impure is the possibility to use the visualizations as dynamic filters of the data, that can feed other modules, converting visualizations in part of the whole information flow rather than only acting as interpretation tools."

All of the above may be applied to black cotton, other than bleaching. That is why I like black. And dark navy. And not much else. Well, dark plum is a good color too. There. That sums up most of my fashion credo.
Okay, I'll tell you why.
1. Cotton is an all natural fiber.
2. White fabrics can be bleached and kept very clean, so that even messy sorts like me can look their best.
3. White as a color is simple and classic.
4. White cotton clothing is comfortable but elegant.
I really like the embroidery and detail work on her under pants. Also, her upper garment is nice, because it has the same pattern layout as a bustier, but it is not boned, like a corset-type foundation garment usually is. Well, there may be some stays, which I suppose can be considered minimal boning. The material looks like cotton, white. The virtues of that are self-evident.
