Description

Program Management for design and construction of a waste water treatment plant and design/installation of collection piping for a city of 20,000 residents. Service connection installations were provided to all city residents and businesses, as was decommissioning of all related septic systems. The Public/Private Partnership of SMCFD No. 1 and Interwest Management obtained program funding through the sale of tax exempt municipal bonds.

• Developed, implemented and tracked overall program master schedule, integrating tasks of designer and three individual contractors
• Developed, implemented and tracked program earned value schedule to monitor budget & schedule
• Developed and deployed service connection procedures for approximately 700 customers
• Completed project on schedule and within budget, allowing start of system and revenue generation
