Description
Provide long range site/campus planning on national and international properties from technical, financial, and schedule perspectives, determining property feasibility for developing various building and campus types. Provide recommendations to executive level regarding various derived options, maximum buildout potential, and Return On Investment. Upon feasibility approval of a specific option and plan, manage creation of onsite and offsite development drawings, costs and timeframes.

Initial property analyses considering all variables and options can range from one to six months
Budget
Property costs range from “no cost” (property provided by a city/community) to several million dollars. Typical offsite development costs range from “no cost” (utilities and access provided by city/community) to ~ $20M. Onsite development costs depend completely upon the type os structure and campus to be constructed, and have ranged from $400M to several Billion dollars.
