We need a different cultural paradigm that values empathy.
A culture of empathy will collapse the system. People who benefit from the existing system will resist this. Need to rest from work and then go back to work..

Problem: People have an experience - but they don’t come back to the Empathy Circle
People are pulled back to business as usual. People are pulled back into the system.. Pay their depths, children, daily limitations - that pull them back. Takes heros to stay with it.
Appreciate the honesty, to tell the truth. - do activists tell the truth - no.
The system is a barrier for the cultural shift. People hit the wall. If you break the wall it will lead to collapse, conflict, it is fearful.
The people in power will not let the system go. The people benefit from the system. Benefit from hierarchy, competition. power, etc.
