Ramius

Ramius is my ever-loyal canine companion. We first stumbled upon each other during the summer of 2008 when I was a budding field assistant working in North Boulder County and he was just a wee pooch. He has accompanied me up ever peak I have climbed as of 2011 and has plans to be my partner on Vermont's Long Trail and the Colorado Trail in 2012. Ramius, who has been given countless other nicknames by friends and family (notables: Rami, Ramses, Romulus), accompanies me most places and has learned to be a wonderful lab/writing assistant, office assistant, brewing collaborator, and hiking partner.
