An application for permission to serve out of the jurisdiction may be made without notice but must be supported by evidence stating-
----(a) the grounds on which the application is made;
----(b) that in the deponent's belief the claimant has a claim with a realistic prospect of success; and
----(c) in what place, within what country, the defendant may probably be found.
