--(1) Except where any enactment, rule or practice direction provides otherwise the functions of the High Court may be exercised by any judge, master or registrar of that court and the functions of the Court of Appeal may be carried out by any three or, in the case of procedural appeals, any two judges of the Court of Appeal.
--(2) The Chief Justice may by direction allocate the work of the court among judges, masters and the registrar.
