--(1) Where an appeal may be made only with the leave of the registrar, master or, judge making the order or the court a party wishing to appeal must apply for leave within 14 days of the order against which leave to appeal is sought.
--(2) The application for leave to appeal must set out concisely the grounds of the appeal.

The application for leave to appeal should first be made before the Judge, Master of Registrar making the order before coming to the Court of Appeal Chamber (see paragraph 26 of the decision of the Court of Appeal delivered in The Attorney General of Trinidad and Tobago v. Wazir Mohammed Civ. App. S-008 of 2015).
