--(1) Upon receipt of the notice of availability of the audio digital recording of the evidence the appellant shall prepare a transcript of the evidence for the purpose of the appeal and serve same on all other parties to the appeal.
--(2) The transcript so prepared shall, in the absence of disagreement as to accuracy by any other party to the appeal, stand as an accurate transcript of the evidence;
--(3) Where a party to the appeal disagrees with the accuracy of any part of the transcript relevant to the issues in the appeal, that party must apply to the High Court to amend that part of the transcript no later than 10 days prior to the date set at Part 64.12 for the filing of the record of appeal.
