This emblem was designed by an ethnic Ewenki Chinese designer. The Ewenki people started to use reindeer earlier than other ethnic groups. They deem reindeer as a symbol of fortune and often use the image of reindeer for decoration. This emblem contains a pair of round reindeer horns, a Tsolozi (a traditional conical Ewenki house), a bonfire, and a rainbow. This emblem expresses Ewenki people's cherished traditional culture, and their longing for prosperity and happiness.
