Statements, Newsletter, and Annual Meeting

Quarterly statements were mailed from Rickert on 3/24/17. The newsletter attached below, was included. One change to the newsletter that is included here was a notice to all homeowners that this spring, the HOA Manager will be focusing on faded shutters and/or exterior trim for maintenance. Please also note that a modification request is needed if you want to change the original color of your shutters and/or exterior trim.

UPDATE: Annual meeting venue is not changing. It will be at SourcePoint, 800 Cheshire Rd.
