Mailbox inspections to begin soon

Just a friendly reminder that the next inspection will begin to include a look at mailbox maintenance. You can find guidance here on our website under "Documents & Forms" and then "Cheshire Crossing Guidance Packet_Current.pdf"

Mailbox guidance is the last page in this packet. The Board plans to submit an amendment for your approval in mid-October, to allow the Board to approve mailboxes; however, the current rule in the HOA declarations states that your mailbox must match the one placed there by the developer/builder. If you currently have a mailbox that matches the original mailbox from the developer, please just be sure your mailbox is in good repair and doesn't need painted/stained, etc.
