Cheshire Crossing boasts more than 390 single family homes and four entrances. Our development is perfectly situated just 10 miles north of the I-270 outer belt enabling a comfortable 30 minute commute to downtown Columbus, the state's capital. Families have several choices in the area for schooling which include Olentangy Local School District, who's high schools are among the best in the nation, and within the top 10 in the state according to the U.S. News and World Report's 2015 nationwide high school rankings list. Our community is within minutes of beautiful parks and hiking trails, cultural events, entertainment and fabulous dining options.
This online tool is for owners of Cheshire Crossing (Delaware, OH) to anonymously alert the Property Manager and/or H.O.A. Board of Directors to possible violations of the Declarations and/or the Cheshire Crossing Guidance documents. Any notification provided via this tool will be verified by the Property Manager or a member of the H.O.A. Board of Directors.
The Cheshire Crossing Facebook group is a private group for the families of Cheshire Crossing only, and includes both homeowner's and tenants of our community.
