Homeowner's Association

Residents of Cheshire Crossing are automatically members of the Cheshire Crossing Homeowner's Association. Participation is essential to making the community an enjoyable and attractive place to live. The Association has certain restrictions which are completely outlined on this web site and are required to be followed by all homeowners to assure the continued attractiveness, uniformity, and value of our community. Together we all make Cheshire Crossing a very desirable and friendly community in which to live.

The Cheshire Crossing Homeowner's Association contracts with Full Circle Management (FCM) to help maintain and support our community. FCM helps manage our community by doing everything from negotiating service contracts and communications to collections and financial reporting. Their services to our community include:

Fees & Dues

The current dues assessed by the Cheshire Crossing Homeowner's Association are $210 per home (as of January 2020). These dues are paid quarterly at a minimum (at $52.50). Quarterly statements are sent by FCM hired by the Cheshire Crossing Homeowner's Association. Common Areas

The common area of our community is maintained by the Cheshire Crossing Homeowner's Association. This includes the entry signs, flower beds and grass along the exterior of our neighborhood and includes the park at the corner of Winding Valley Drive and Crystal Pedal Drive. Please note that the park on Cheshire Road by the water tower is maintained by the City of Delaware.

Exterior Approvals

If you plan to change or improve the exterior of your home (including landscape changes), the improvements need to be approved by the Cheshire Crossing Homeowner's Association. Below is a list of some of the items that need approval before construction is started. Please go the 'Documents & Forms' tab for modification request forms.
