The 2016 Holiday Lights/Decorating Contest judging will take place on Dec. 20th. 1st-3rd prizes will be awarded in January 2017. This information will also be mailed out with quarterly statements. Yes, rather than coupons that get lost, the HOA will be mailing quarterly HOA dues statements out from now on with a one page newsletter.
